Shreemad bhagwat geeta is a direct conversation between our soul and body. Here it must be clear to the reader that Arjuna is symbolically our body which knows nothing spiritual but is a devote seeker and the LORD KRISHNA is symbolically our soul which knows everything but needs to be questioned. Soul is pure but body becomes impure in the materialistic world .
Thus it is quite important to have a look into yourself to attain salivation which means our soul meets the supreme soul of God.
We have three type of GUNAS :
1.SATTVA -It is the positive attribute which leads us to good.
2.RAJAS-It is the neutral one.It works on either sattva or tamas to maintain the balance between them.
3.TAMAS -It is the neagtive attribute and leads us toward evil.
In our everyday life we should look into ourselves and question which guna predominated today. To balance your gunas keep reading and come back again...THANK YOU
